JITC WebsiteJazz in the City (JITC), a worldwide Meetup group for local jazz aficionados, has announced the re-launch of their official website. Founded three years ago and based in the heart of New York City, JITC introduces jazz lovers to the finest musicians performing at some of the most elegant venues in cities around the globe.

The JITC team recently overhauled its entire website at jazzinthecity.org, featuring an entirely new layout that’s easier to navigate, to better serve its members by keeping them up-to-date on the groups many activities.

“We started this group because we want to share our passion for jazz with other fans,” says group founder Charles Carlini. “However, the group is not exclusively for jazz connoisseurs. Anyone who has an interest or would like to just sit, listen, and maybe sway to some great jazz tunes, can join us as well.”

JITC currently boasts Meetup groups in over 19 cities across the globe including Detroit, DC, Rome, Vancouver, London, Paris and Miami with several new cities added every few months.

Members who would like to assist us in organizing events in their local area may do so by emailing their request to Charles Carlini at charles@jazzinthecity.org.
